Welcome to the Southend-on-Sea Borough Council Schools Admissions page.

Here you can fill out the Secondary and Primary (Reception and Year 3) Common Application forms.

No ranking information is shared with the schools. Schools will receive an unranked list of children applying to their school. This is then ranked by the school according to their admission criteria.

  • The Secondary School application and correction forms are currently closed. They are available between 2nd September 2011 and 31st October 2011.
  • The Primary School Reception application and correction forms are currently closed. They are available between 2nd September 2011 and 15th January 2012.

Selective Places

If you are applying for a Selective Place please ensure you download, complete and post the appropriate forms. Some schools require both a SIF and a Priest's Reference.

  • CSSE SIF
