An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new role; Lead Behaviour Learning Mentor. The successful candidate will become part of an established pastoral team and promote a positive, optimistic attitude to learning and achievement within the school. You will lead behaviour strategies in line with the school’s values under the supervision of the Lead Learning Mentors. You will be expected to work alongside pupils, their families and colleagues to identify the barriers to learning for referred pupils and construct an agreed support programme including setting personal and educational targets. Experience of this is essential. The initial Job description is expected to develop as the post progresses.
