A position has arisen for a LSA to work as part of a team in one of our Reception or Nursery classes. The successful candidate will need to have the following: • An understanding of the new Early Years Foundation Stage Framework. • Experience of developing children’s social skills, communication and language skills and physical skills. • Be able to work with individuals or small groups of children under the direction of the teaching staff. You will be expected to work between the hours of 8.30am – 3.30 pm with half an hour lunch. Previous applicants are welcome to re-apply.     Required: October 2014 A minimum of 21 hours per week – term time only (Temporary Fixed Term Contract) We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team in October 2014. You must be able to work 5 days a week and be flexible with the hours of work that you do. The successful candidate will work in our Phase 1 and 2 Learning Spaces supporting children on a 1:1 basis with speech, language and communication needs and also within our Nursery setting. The post will require you to hold a recognised relevant Level 2 qualification.
